Who This Affects
This guide is for small-business employees who see an unexpected popup or connection prompt when clicking Sage 100 links—such as Maintain Relationship, New Quote, or New Order—inside their CRM. Following the steps below will clear the prompt so Sage 100 opens reliably from both Chrome and Internet Explorer.
Before You Begin
These steps require signing in to the workstation as a local Administrator. If you do not have Administrator credentials, contact your IT provider before proceeding. If you need assistance, you can reach Advanced Computer Solutions at https://acsapp.com/contact-us/.
Steps to Fix the Sage 100 Popup
- Uninstall Sage 100 from the workstation.
