AI Readiness Self-Assessment: 10 questions, 2 minutes

This free self-assessment is for businesses with 10 to 200 employees that want to know whether they are ready to use AI safely, and it gives you a score out of 20, a readiness band and what to do next. Nothing is collected, because your answers and your result stay in your browser.

0 of 10 answered

  1. Question 1. Do you know which AI tools your employees use today, including personal ChatGPT/Copilot/Gemini accounts?
  2. Question 2. Is there a written AI acceptable use policy that staff have acknowledged?
  3. Question 3. Do you know which of your data is confidential or regulated, and where it lives in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, your ERP or line-of-business apps?
  4. Question 4. Are SharePoint/OneDrive permissions reviewed so that an AI assistant could not surface files people should not see?
  5. Question 5. Does leadership have two or three specific business problems they want AI to solve, rather than a general wish to “use AI”?
  6. Question 6. Is MFA enforced for every user, and do you have endpoint detection on every computer?
  7. Question 7. Does anyone own AI inside the company, with time budgeted to it?
  8. Question 8. Have staff had any training on what to put into, and keep out of, AI tools?
  9. Question 9. Can you measure whether an AI tool saved time or money, even roughly?
  10. Question 10. Do your customer contracts, insurance or industry rules (HIPAA, CMMC/ITAR, client confidentiality) say anything about AI use, and do you know what?

Pick the closest answer for each question. Scoring runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.

What the paid AI Readiness Assessment adds

This self-assessment goes by what you tell us, in two minutes. The paid AI Readiness Assessment checks those answers against your actual systems: ACS reads your Microsoft 365 audit logs, maps SharePoint and OneDrive permissions, inventories the AI tools your staff really use, reviews the AI terms in your vendor and customer contracts, and interviews your leaders. You get a written report and a 90-day roadmap you can use whether or not you hire ACS to carry it out.
