What happens after you book
Step 1 — Short intake call (30 minutes). A scheduled call with your Assessment lead. We confirm scope: tenant size, vertical, regulated data exposure, and what’s prompting the engagement. We send the SOW within one business day after the call.
Step 2 — Kickoff (1 hour). SOW signed. Tenant admin handoff (read-only). Department head interview scheduling. We brief your IT person (or our admin handoff path) on what scans we’ll run and when. The three-week clock starts the business day after kickoff.
Step 3 — Weeks 1–3 of the Assessment. Detailed on the Assessment page. The 90-minute review meeting at the end of Week 3 is when you get the report and walk it with us. After that, the next move is yours.
