What’s in it
Two kinds of content, both delivered into the tools you already have:
Prompts are single-shot. The user asks something, the model answers. Used inside Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or any LLM with a chat interface. We write them, test them, and version them. You deploy them as Copilot prompt templates or as bookmarked starters in your team’s tool.
Agents are multi-step. The user gives them a task, they take several actions — read files, query systems, draft outputs, route for review — and return a result. Deployed in your Microsoft tenant (where Copilot Studio or Power Automate can host them) or in ACS Automate (where ACS hosts them on your behalf with audited access to your systems). Agents have approval steps. Agents do not act unsupervised on the things that matter.

The principle: the user goes to where the work already lives. The agent comes to them.
Versioned and documented
Every prompt and every agent has a version number. We change them when the underlying model changes (and they do — Copilot updates monthly), when your business changes, or when an ABR shows the workflow drifting. Each version has a changelog. Each agent has an owner on our side and a designated reviewer on yours.
When something changes that affects you, we tell you. We do not silently update the agent that drafts your most sensitive deliverable.
